The report is an easy to follow, computer generated report that includes digital photos of any issues that I may find in the home. The report will be completed off site. Most clients prefer to have the report emailed as a PDF file so they can save it and forward it as needed, otherwise I can mail it to you. Most reports will be completed the same day, usually within 24 hours after the inspection is completed. The report will include a system by system evaluation of the home and will be about 25-50 pages long.
